1. Lunch Returns

All lunches are made fresh daily and hand-delivered to your school.  Brown Baggin' It guarantees the highest quality food items.  Each and every lunch is hand-packed and hand sealed with a Brown Baggin' It approved sticker.  This security seal ensures that there is not tampering with lunches before they are received at the school.  All lunches are reviewed by teachers / primary school personnel.  Once the seal is broken, products are not the responsibility of Brown Baggin' It.  If there is something wrong with your child's lunch, we will replace your lunch or provide you with a credit for one lunch.

We do not except returns of opened lunches.
